We want all of our customers to be satisfied and happy with their purchase/s. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase however, you can return the item/s within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or gift voucher, as we do not give refunds.
Returned goods must be in their original condition, complete with the original box and unused. Due to health and safety regulations, earrings may only be returned if faulty.
If you place a special order for a non standard item or ring size, you will not be able to return the product (unless faulty). These items are specifically manufactured / purchased to fulfill your order and as such, cannot be resold.
We reserve the right to pass on your details to any relevant authorities in the event of suspected fraud relating to ‘switched goods’. If you have any questions regarding our returns policy please feel free to call or email us.
